Three of us went on a Saturday night. We’ve tried the La Jolla location and wanted to try Fashion Valley since it’s closer to Chula Vista. Place is classy. Atmosphere is not dark and tables are clean. They have a machine at the door to register and text you when your table is ready. The wait for food isn’t long. We ordered the Classic Ramen. The Fried Gyoza and chicken Karaage were very tasty and juicy! Servers were courteous! Kudos to their Manager Calvin for training his staff well!

Typical mall fast food. Easily the worst ramen I have ever had. Comparable to top ramen. Broth was tasteless. Cilantro in my ramen?????? And when I asked for Japanese chilli pepper(yes.. like the ichimi togarashi if you are a foodie like me), they said they don't have it. Was it cheap? Yes. Was the service good. It was alright. Was the food delicious? Absolutely not. The bathroom was dirty and the door was neoken. Next time, do yourself a favor and drive a little further to go to Convoy. Any given japanese restaurant would be better than this.

Super amazing food and staff! They are quick and friendly! They also have a ton to choose from on the menu! I love coming here while I'm shopping for a quick bite to eat! Silverlake Ramen always knocks the ball out of the park! Highly recommend! Thank you, Silverlake Ramen staff!

Had the opportunity to try out the Silverlake ramen in LA and I can say that the Fashion Valley Silverlake is just as good. Went on Tuesday night and was seated right away. Ordered the Garlic Truffle Ramen w/ pork. Visually it looks amazing. Pork Broth was creamy and full of flavor with a subtle hint of truffle. Pork was thick, fatty and tender which I loved. Thought the kale and mushrooms were an okay addition... I'd rate this ramen the same with or without em. The marinated egg was also pretty good! The thick cut noodles really did a good job absorbing the flavorful broth as well. San Diego is blessed with quite a few great local ramen spots and this definitely makes it near the top. Plan to visit again and hopefully they keep it consistent in quality! Broth 5/5 Noodles 5/5 Toppings 5/5 Egg 4.5/5

I recently visited Silverlake Ramen in Fashion Valley and had an outstanding experience. The service was excellent, with attentive staff creating a welcoming atmosphere. The traditional Ramen was incredibly flavorful, showcasing the authentic essence of this dish. The Karaage chicken was a highlight, delivering a perfect blend of crispy texture and delicious flavor. Overall, a highly recommended spot for a satisfying ramen experience.

Tough flavorless pork and thin tasteless noodles. I've been to other Silverlake Ramens, and this one is by far the worst. If you're craving ramen, you would be better served just buying instant ramane at the local grocery, much less expensive and on the same level of flavor.

Mediocre Ramen. The Garlic Truffle Ramen and the Spicy Ramen were both bland and not spicy (asked for extra spicy). The thick slice of pork was tough. Also ordered the crispy rice with tuna which was pretty good. The total with 2 green teas was about $55. Would not recommend this place even if you're very hungry. Will leave you wanting to stop by a fast food place on the way home to hit the spot that this restaurant didn't hit. The service was okay.

You need to eat here! Absolutely delicious and fresh bowls, good portions for a decent price. I didn’t see anything bad in this place! The ramen looked really good, too. Couldn’t try them unfortunately, but I believe they will be good too. You should stop here and get some good food!
